worldly estate where with it hath pleased God to bless me in this
life, I give, devise and dispose of the same as follows, to wit.

children to wit, George, Samuel, Daniel, Coonrod, Betsey,
Catherine and Margaret, one quarter section of land, for which
they have deeds in fee simple.

of my estate both real and personal be sold by my executors, for
cash or on a credit as they may think most expedient, and that as
soon as my executors shall have collected all the money therefor it
is my will that they distribute the same equally amongst all my
above named children except so much as hereinafter excepted.
4th It is my will if my dear wife
Dorothea remains a widow, and continue to reside where she is at
present, that my executors pay her fifty dollars out of my estate,
